Duties included:
- Write pipeline to ETL clinical data for submission of associated genomic data to NIH data stores.
- Build new database schemas for warehousing AWS S3 inventory.
- Contribute to documentation of APIs and DBT data models.
- Collect and analyze AWS use data to decrease storage costs for the Center.
- Scripted ingest of clinical data for over 15,000 participants into a data warehouse.
- Built tools to scrape cloud databases, inventory AWS accounts, and upload data to a cloud data warehouse.

January 2017 - November 2019
